We were blown away with the B&B. The friendly staff from the minute we walked through the door. Our bags were carried to the room and the great hospitality didn’t stop throughout our stay. Courtney , the inn owner, made an amazing breakfast every morning that we enjoyed with coffee on her front deck and people watched for hours. We also really enjoyed a little happy hour in her beautiful parlor with the victrolla playing when we returned from the beach and met some really interesting people, we plan to stay in touch with, during our stay. Courtney went above and beyond for us and her guests. Being a single woman, new in owner is not easy but she was amazing and she, her staff and her inn are a home run! We truly miss it there already and can’t wait to go back!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Continental breakfast is served each morning and it features hot coffee or tea along with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal and a fresh juice selection. The size of the room was excellent with a walk-in closet and kitchen area. Breakfast was served buffet style in a very pretty room surrounded by windows. The staff were excellent, and everything was fresh. Both our room and the breakfast room were clean and freshly painted.

The decorations were just so what you would expect as a Cape Cod look. The bedroom was quaint and just what we needed. It was a bonus that there was a tv in the room. Everything was cared for and loved. When you were there you wanted for nothing. Soda, soda water, beverages, coffee, tea, crackers and anything you could think of that you forgot to bring were all complimentary. Now that goes above and beyond the stay you would expect.
