The hotel itself is very stylish and cozy and the room was clean and comfortable. The communication through WhatsApp before arriving to the hotel was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa who was very attentive and went out of his way to advise different locations I could visit and help with any inquiries I had.

The staff and owner was very friendly and very helpful. They were super patient with us and answered any questions we had. When we asked for directions, the owner would walk us and made sure we got to our destination safely. They helped us set up an istanbulkart card for us. They assisted us with our luggage when arriving and leaving and held our luggage for us when we had a late bus. They provided us with water and fruit and other small things we requested as well. Would 100% recommend and will definitely return next time we visit Istanbul.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and had lot of choice. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Had free bottles of water and coffee. Had well working air conditioning, so the hot weather did not bother us.
