She is a super gentle and interesting person and she helped us in any possible way organizing the trip etc. we had a great time, the place is beautiful, many birds and extremely well kept. Would fully recommend to stay there if you want to visit the area.

Definitely recommend a visit to anyone wanting an adventure in this fabulous part of Senegal.

The place was comfortable with a beautiful pool area. The staff and the owner are super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, the village is quite small but packed with beautiful places and beautiful. I recommend this place especially if your budget is a bit tight, because it has a great value for money.

Everythiiiiing: The owners were adorable, some of the most positive and good-hearted people I ever met. The room/bungalow we had was amazing and very functional. The staff is very nice and caring. The pools were very clean as well as our room. It looked like paradise on Earth. It was so relaxing to be there, I wish we had stayed longer. They took the time to even book us some day trips with some tourist guides they know, and we were not disappointed. They took very good care of us, and we had some unforgettable moments and lifetime experiences. The owners trusted us with the drinks, and we felt like home, just like the meaning of the word KOUNZO. Please take the time to sit and chat with the owners as this is - 1st of all - not a typical cold B&B but rather a big warm international family. 2dly - they are so knowledge of life and have a couple of amazing stories to tell. So get the right spirit while visiting them, not matter if you go with your partner, a group of friends, or your family. We left our hearts there and with eyes full of tears of joy. Great place with very friendly owners and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable and would 100% stay there again.

The owners were amazing: extremely fiendly and helpful! They also spoke English quite well (apart from their native language French). They helped us book tours that I think we could have never arranged by ourselves: amongst others a village tour with a villager/guide (who also spoke English well enough) that I would highly recommend if you go to Toubacouta. The other staff members at the B&B were also pleasant. Their cooking was great with both western and local elements, and they could even cater to our rather advanced food preferences (vegetarianism and allergies to nuts and soy protein)! The nice owners ate their meals together with the guests which was a convenient time to socialize and get some tips on what to do in the area.

We really liked the B&B in general but were especially impressed with the excursions that were offered. David gave us a guided boat tour where we visited the small nearby island towns of Sipo and Missirah and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Jenny was also very helpful with the logistics (especially because I don't speak French!) and helping me organise our time in Senegal. El Hadj is their taxi driver and we organised pretty much our whole trip throughout Senegal with him - he was fantastic. And there are a few restaurants nearby with delicious food. The breakfast offered at the B&B was delicious. Thank you!
