The building and surrounds are perfect in every detail, right down to the live stork nest cam. The choice of meals each night is small but the selection caters for most tastes. The upside of a small menu is quality, the food is some of the best I have ever tasted, anywhere in the world. The ingredients are fresh, local and cooked to absolute perfection! The location is also perfect for access to lots of activities and offered kayaks and bikes for guests to use.

The property was easy to get to, clean, and well maintained. Small details like coffee, tea, dishwasher soap or throws for the bed made the stay wonderful, the wife and I were particularly pleased with the air con during the summer period!! WiFi was good enough, TV was connected and we could watch multiple channels or connect our laptops with HDMI. The person we interacted with gave responses very quickly and even helped us with our laundry.

Nice personnel, we were also given for free coffee and tea for the travel. There was also a huge playground outside, but weather was not good to enjoy it.

The atmosphere on arrival is very relaxing with the bat and restaurant downstairs. I also hired a canoe and paddled out on the lake to chill out. And the breakfast was wonderful, with meats hand prepared by the owner. As a tip, I would eat fish or vegetarian the night before so you can do this meal justice. This food kept me going to 80 km on the bike today with only a snack in between.

We were on Easter holidays. We were the only guests in the hotel. Still everything was perfect. Thank you for a warm welcome. We came to enjoy the beauty of nature around Augustow. We enjoyed it mostly on bicycles😁. The bicycle paths go right next to the hotel. Everything is arranged very conveniently and clearly. At the hotel we were offered bicycle path maps and the owner explained everything in great detail.
