The view of the lagoon, island and Le Morne Brabant mountain is wonderful. The host is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

What a great experience we had at this place. Mr. GiGi and Sonia were amazing hosts and made us comfortable. They gave us every little thing we asked for without hesitating and also helped us with the what all places to go. What we loved the most was that it felt like our own house with so much space and the house was equipped with every little thing you need to survive the out the day. We were touring around the country and preferred warming/cooking inside the house which was extremely convenient for us.

But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Our hosts, Annick and Jean-Pierre, are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts (even when we called Annick for the pad key number which she had already sent us - twice!). They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the place. The spot is absolutely magic, with a view to die for overlooking not only the lagoon but also a UNESCO site mountain. It is just perfect! The place is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is super comfortable, the outside shower is something one must not miss, and the quaint veranda overlooking the lagoon is excellent. I know I am repeating myself, but the location is just incredible - you literally hear the waves licking against the side of the room at night and wake up with a lagoon literally at your feet. Annick had excellent restaurant recommendations and for the overall area, and was of great help. Thanks Annick and Jean-Pierre for opening the doors of Harmonie to us. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back for sure (we will order some extra sun next time)

The hosts have been generous with advice and experience support, while also kind and active involved in making us comfortable at all times. They proactively provided catering for our nutritional requirements and we really appreciated the dinner together with a lively community experience, very tasty and inclusive. In general the guesthouse offered a good welcoming environment, the rooms especially were spotless clean. We loved all the pets! All the cats and dogs are super well behaved and quiet and we enjoyed their cuddles.

All rooms have a private bathroom. Le Gite du Bonheur Guest House & Car Rental has rooms which has its private balcony that overlooks the Sea, Swimming Pool and Mountain. Very nice and well maintained guesthouse. The staff is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious n serviced daily. Car rental from the guesthouse is very practical.

If you want to have a luxury experience then this place isn't the place to be for you. It is like a homestay, there's everything you need. The location is really good, the beach and restaurant are walking distance (within 7 min) The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Some reviews said the internet speed is low. But I could work smoothly(I didn't use video or voice call though) We didn't use kitchen for cooking. Gus stove with oven and pots are there. The washing machine isn't attached inside of your room, but it is outside for use. I am sure we will be back here if we come to Mauritius again !
