I had an incredible stay at Villa Darki! As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony view. The location is peaceful yet close to the lake and town. The host is truly amazing — warm and helpful. His hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Ohrid. Highly recommended!

I had parking space for my car. Close to the city center and about 10 minutes away on foot. So they were warm, I was arrived late couldn’t hang out so much in the room but area is so cozy and room is so well designed and owners are so warm and respectful. What more could you ask for :) btw I really liked the design of bathroom (it was really fun too use shower gel lol).

Wonderful hosts, Keti and Alexander made our stay exceptional. Feeling more like friends than customers we enjoyed staying in the village of Elshani. Hiking to great views nearby. The apartment was comfortable and included a small kitchen all constructed by Alexander. Keti’s cooking was organic and sourced from their own garden. Sitting on the balcony enjoying a homecooked Macedonian meal drinking homemade mastika and wine in the company of our hosts at sunset is a highlight of our travels.
