Pool was great! There is a lake also at the property. Management was helpful and friendly. Amazing safari was also arranged by them. Food at property is also great!

Beautiful spot nestled in the beautiful nature with direct views of both Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Rock. Comfortable, clean and modern. Walking distance to Sigiriya Rock which was also huge bonus. Delicious meals prepared by Suman and his family. Suman went above and beyond to help us with our stay, we couldn’t recommend him enough!

The BEST stay in Sri Lanka! The family are so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was out of this world. So special to try so many different Sri Lankan food options, we were truly spoilt! The room was great, spacious and so clean. The bathroom was massive and had a good shower. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was fantastic too. We really appreciated the decorations for our honeymoon stay. What sets this stay apart from others is how welcomed we felt. Chaminda was always around to answer questions, organised a safari for us and even took us to a local shop in his tuktuk. It’s the perfect location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Super close to Lion’s Rock too. We would really recommend the Safari jeep tour with Tharanga (Kindly organised by Chaminda) we had a private tour of Eco park and saw so many elephants it was incredible! For a really great price too. Tharanga was lovely and knew exactly where to go to see the elephants, he also kept his distance which we appreciated. All in all, this was our favourite stay in this amazing country and we can’t recommend it enough!

The place is amazing🤩 The room itself is cozy and clean and elegant. They have spacious bedrooms and toilet. The staff are very nice and accommodating. She gave us refreshments upon our arrival as a welcome treat, it was super good and the breakfast was delicious.

We traveled with our little daughter, who really enjoyed it. The accommodation is small but perfectly sufficient. It is located in beautiful nature, where you wake up to the sound of peacocks and other birds. The surroundings are stunning, and the breakfast area is lovely. We recommend trying their traditional sweet Sri Lankan breakfast. It is definitely ideal for a family with children. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city. The owner is great and helpful; he offered tuk-tuk rides to and from the city and also assisted with getting on the bus to Kandy. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay in Sigiriya. The rooms are huge, location is perfect, just 5min walking to the main entrance to Lion Rock hike. But the best part was the breakfast, it was the best breakfast we have had so far in Sri Lanka.

Very nice and atmospheric place, the host was very friendly and the breakfast was great! Also located close to Cave Temple, must visit in Dambulla.

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Sigiriya. Bovi was caring & extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

Madhu and Sanjee were very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The room was to a high standard and had everything you needed, including a fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was huge but very tasty and we also ate dinner there for all 3 of the nights we stayed. In all honesty, Im not sure where else we could have eaten in the local area which was at the same quality as Madhu and Sanjee's cooking. We went to the top of Pidurangala rock for an extra fee at sunrise which was well worth the money. We also paid Sanjee for a transfer to Kandy which was at a reasonable rate. Both Sanjee and Madhu were perfect hosts and really lovely people. The one thing I would say that I have found throughout Sri Lanka is to check costs before agreeing to things but that advice goes throughout and everything additional we paid for we felt was worth the money.
