Housed in a building dating from 2022, this bed and breakfast is 19 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 20 km from Khan Clock Tower. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The villa was spotless and very cozy—excellent value for money. The property manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We were pleasantly surprised, and the very high rating is well deserved.

Certain units include a kitchenette, dining, and a washing machine facilities. The roof top pool is great and the food was exceptional.
