The property features quiet street views and is 9.4 km from Angkor Wat and less than 1 km from Artisans D'Angkor. The guest house has family rooms. Highly recommended. Great value for money, spacious and really clean room, good location, kind host who organised a great 3 days tour with the nicest TukTuk driver Now. Had a great time.

Beautiful grounds and cute cabin. The staff was great and they spoke English and Spanish. Had a great little poolside bar with beers for a dollar.

The property is great, exactly like in the pictures fully renovated, all facilities and small sings provided. The host is very nice and helpful, very responsive.

We rented out the entire villa (4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms), plus kitchen/dining/living areas. This was a ton of space - could have comfortably housed 14 people rather than our 8. Everything was quite clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the showers were warm (once we figured out the hot water heaters). The home is down a little dirt road halfway between two major streets. The neighborhood was walkable to the downtown area, or else you could take a $1.25 tuktuk ride, and it was also an easy walk to the local market each morning. The WiFi worked Anou, our hostess, was just outstanding. She welcomed us with delicious snacks and fruit, checked in on us every day, and was quick to provide everything we could possibly ask for - laundry service, a missing kitchen utensil, a case of hard-to-find Coke Zero, whatever. She escorted us to the market the first day to show us the ropes and make sure we understood what fair prices should be, and put us in contact with a little nonprofit around the corner where we volunteered doing some English practice with local university students. They don't do daily cleaning, but came to clean or bring fresh towels/sheets anytime we requested it.

One of the highlights was the swimming pool — it was very nice and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that made it even more relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything about the stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to others!

There is a private bathroom with bath in every unit, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!
