We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Please pay in cash or by card upon check-in. Guests under 12 years old are exempt from the lodging tax. The guesthouse had everything you could wish for: books, computers, a guitar and even some sauces to use in the fridge. Coffee powder as well. So many things to do. It really felt homey as well.

We really enjoyed our stayed here. We will definitely come back here. The staff was amazing and really helpful. It is also close to the shrine.

This was a great place to stay in Takayama. The location was perfect for getting to the old part of the town a quick 10 mins walk away. The hosts were both amazing so friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem. we had the place to ourselves the first night so it was quiet. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Takayama.
