I had the luck to be there to celebrate my birthday during one of the evening get-together parties in the living room. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the proper heating/AC needed for the changing weather at the island, the futons were comfy, and the blankets really cozy. The bathroom and shower were super clean and functional, with a clean towel for every night at the stay and elegantly decorated. The common area, living room with kitchen, is fully equipped, with comfortable decoration, and the most beautiful view to the sea. The location is great as well, as there is a beach close by and a delicious café near the hotel. I can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really friendly, easy going and will help in case of any questions.

We had a room with ocean view, plus the sunset from the room was gorgeous. We captured fireworks from Janglia. Breakfast from the café next door was absolutely amazing. The couple who runs the café was really nice, and if you were thinking it will be an ordinary western style continental breakfast, you would blow away.

Highlight was using the bikes made available by the property and riding all around the region. I really liked the Scandi Japanese vibe of the property.

We enjoyed every evening the sunset from the balcony, it was so relaxing I could have stayed way longer. The small kitchen is well equipped. The place is uphill Motobu and a car is recommended.

We had an unforgettable time at Harumi’s guest house in northern Okinawa! It has all amenities, including washing machine/drier, kitchenette and a magnificent bathtub with a garden view. Harumi’s hospitality is one of a kind, she provides a home away from home. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning by neighbouring Hot Café, a cultural café and local meeting place run by a charming couple. Perfect location to explore the Northern part of Okinawa, including Sesoko, Kouri and Yagaji Islands, and Yanbaru National Park. We hope to be back! Arigato Gosaimasur!

The place seems small and in the middle of nowhere but there are things to do, like surfing, diving, cycling, hiking.. they even have guitar and piano you can use. You can use bicycle for free or rent a car for half-price compared to other places. We had a great time even thowit was raining a lot.
