Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Excellent location. Clear direction sent to us in advance. Very clean and tidy. Outstanding hospitality.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean and very well equipped apartment, with everything we needed (including kettle, tea, biscuits, cups and glasses, teaspoons). Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main station and the city center. Our host Laura was very kind and helpful, responding quickly to all of our questions and needs. Check-in was quick and simple and after our check-out we were allowed to leave our bags in the locked hallway of the apartments. We will gladly come back!

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and nice facilities. Very near the beach. Good instructions from host how to get there.

Sooo close to the train station, the restaurants, perfect base to visit cinque terre! And the room is so nice and have a balcony, with a table to take breakfast or just relax, 10/10
