I absolutely loved the host, Patty, who was impeccable with every detail, from the thoughtful welcome letter and the personalised Christmas gift to the beautifully arranged breakfast tables, complete with a charming gadget featuring my name. The rooms are spacious, offering stunning views of the town and mountains, creating a serene atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets and a variety of restaurants just a short 5-minute walk away. The overall warmth and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.

The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had. The dinner service was a gourmet delight. All the guests were eager to sample the wonderful food! The view from our room was lovely. We could see the cows grazing in the meadow and hear their bells softly ringing. The location of the hotel was in Castel Rotto, a charming alpine village.

Offering an à la carte restaurant, Gasthof zum Schlern is located 3 km from the Alpe di Siusi Cable Car Station and 3 km from Fié allo Sciliar. Location was perfect for us to visit Val di Funes one day and an other at Alpe di Suise. Charming gast house running by family for long time already. very nice pizzas with reasonable prices. Simply nice breakfast was waiting us in our table❤️
