It is exceptionally clean, well furnished, and warm. Our bedroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and included eggs, bread/toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea and wonderful conversation. The grounds of the B&B are delightful and include cows.

Maggie was so friendly and accommodating. The room was huge and had everything you needed (even little kit kats on the bed) The breakfast was the best I've had. I will definitely be back here again.

She gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We felt very at home and comfortable. Our favorite b and b by a mile in Ireland. The breakfast is award winning on its own. Each and every item was locally sourced and delicious. Jenny is a wonderful cook.

Next we received a warm welcome from the proprieters, who let us in early. They gave some good recommendations of 'things to do' around the area. The room was clean, spacious and bright, the bathroom large. The bed was very comfortable. The area is very quiet - it is not right in town so probably need a car to get to it. They do not serve breakfast here (which we were aware) but the room was equipped with a kettle, biscuits, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate for the morning.

An elegant 18th century property set in the historic town of Trim, Highfield House Guesthouse offers all guests free Wi-Fi access. Top class!! The property is picture postcard perfect. Wonderful accommodating hosts with helpful local knowledge, and the most stunning gardens with views. Our only regret is that we did not allow ourselves more time to enjoy the property and the town of Trim. Also, it took us one hour of driving at peck time to drive to Dublin Airport drop off our rental and get to the terminal.

The bed was very comfortable and the living area spacious. I didn't expect any breakfast but we were pleased to discover eggs were provided for us to cook breakfast.
