This is one of the best value for money accommodations! - very clean: the room is checked daily for maintenance and towels and linen are changed daily - the room I stayed in was spacious, with a suitable balcony, with 2 clothes dryers - it is an accommodation that did not neglect important aspects, such as: air conditioning that does not blow directly onto the bed, sockets on both bedside tables, towel rack next to the shower, various spaces in the shower where you can put your necessities, you can find a mini-kitchenette with plates, cutlery, cups and glasses, a coffee machine with capsules (and they leave capsules for you throughout your stay, not just on the first day) - very comfortable bed - very spacious and semi-covered parking in the yard - it is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts - the check-in process is very simple

We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

Very warm welcome! The room was nicely decorated with beautiful Greek blue colors. There is a shared kitchen that is well equipped and very practical. A supermarket is just in front, the place is close to the center and right by the sea. The terrace is lovely. Thank you for this great stay – all of that for a really good value for money!

Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea. Good location, clean and great host

Great placement by the seaside and beautiful interior design, modern and cozy. Good breakfast, quite varied and filling. The host was amazing! We were allowed to stay at the hotel/restaurant beach until check-in time and could leave our luggage in the luggage room. Our host was also very prompt and helpful with everything we needed during our stay.

She really went above and beyond, which made our holiday feel so comfortable and special. The accommodation itself was fantastic, but the absolute highlight was the private pool – we loved spending time there every day. Everything about the place made us feel at home, and we honestly loved it all. We can’t thank Athina enough for her hospitality, and we’d come back here in a heartbeat!
