The owner was super friendly and gave us great local tips – we all appreciated how involved and welcoming he was. The staff was also very kind and helpful. One morning they didn’t have something we asked for at breakfast, and the next day they had it ready for us – such a nice touch! The rooms and the whole place were extremely clean. Even though it’s in a lively area, the hotel was quiet and calm, and all the guests were respectful. We usually stay at 5-star hotels, and this one really impressed us. We’re happy we chose it and would definitely come back!

Even though Argasi is a lively town, Alisaxni Art Studio keeps a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for those who want to unwind but still have everything nearby. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Zakynthos, with excellent service and a thoughtful host.

Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea.

Within 800 metres, you can reach the beach of Argassi. Zakynthos Town is 4 km away, while Zakynthos International Airport is 6 km away. Free private parking is possible. We loved absolutely everything about our stay! The location is perfect, right above the sea, at a comfy distance from the center of Argassi, in such a way that you can enjoy the sound of the waves from your bed. The cleaning services are exactly how you'd expect. We also loved the terrace with the sunbeds, with a smooth entrance in the sea. Nikos is a very kind and helpful host, thank you for being so nice and we will definitely come back as a team of three next time, as we promised when we left in June :)
