Free private parking is available and the guest house also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area.

The breakfast basket replenished every morning. After checkout, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hotel. Before our ferry was leaving, the host brought it to us to the port free of charge.

They are equipped with a TV, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and they all have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Extremely comfortable stay, the hotel rooms and pool are kept very clean. All the staff is super friendly and nice. I will come back!

My husband and I both commented on how comfortable it was. The room was lovely and clean. They had all the basics and necessities you needed - but they were all excellent and very good quality.

Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. Mimoza is not just an accommodation it is an experience. There is nothing that beats a home like feeling, and this family run b&b offers just that. It was like staying with the family. The place is run by Tina and her mother Maria, who will ensure you have everything you need for an amazing stay. Tina welcomed me in the evening hours, let me choose the room that suits me the best. The rooms are cosy with separate bathrooms, in a rustic style. The place is clean and calm. The house is located 15 min walk from the port so not much noise, and you’ll have a good night sleep. The place has its own garden where the breakfast is served (don’t miss cheese and home made fig jam!). I loved this part of the property as it has a relaxing vibe under the shade of the trees. I’m usually working on my trips and the wi-fi is high speed. I stayed for a night and needed a late check out to enjoy the beach which was easily communicated with Tina. On my departure Tina gave me a ride to the port and gave me a quick tour of the island and its history. All in all this is easily one of the best accommodations I’ve had a chance to stay in, not only cause of the facilities and cleanliness, but because of that home like feeling that stays with you and makes all the difference. Perfect location - easy walk from the ferry terminal. Plenty of cafes and tavernas nearby. Supermarket across the street. Best of all was the proximity to the clean, safe, family friendly beach....hours in the water and lazing on the free sun beds (first come, first served). The property features garden and inner courtyard views, and is 200 metres from Spetses Museum. The property is 200 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from Agios Mamas Beach. Perfect hotel for our trip to Spetses! Great location close to the port and centre of town. Room was cool and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and we slept undisturbed. The room had a balcony and space to hang swim stuff to dry, and shutters so it was dark to sleep. Everything worked perfectly. The lady at reception (sorry we didn't get your name) was very friendly. She helped us sort bicycle hire and recommended great restaurants. If I return I will book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
