This is the perfect location for a truly relaxing and zen vacation. It’s the best place to take work off of your mind and embrace the beauty of both the sea and forested hills. The water in the pool is straight from the sea. Although breakfast isn’t available, the villa has a kitchenette stocked with free pastries, coffee, tea, butter, jam. The owners make the stay even more enjoyable. We got to spend time with Dimitris and his family and it’s been amazing. They give you also tips for places to visit, where to eat at, the beaches to check out. For sure we’ll be coming back!

Located very close to the village central piazza. Traditional breakfast and coffee were tasty and fulfilling. Our lovely host did above and beyond to make us comfortable and satisfied at all times. Vateri is a very special place to be. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it. The house is beautiful, lovely furniture and decoration, rooms are very clean and cozy, and the host and his wife were very friendly, open and kind.We had breakfast for 6Euro, it was delicious with homemade and fresh products.

The greek grandmother running the property, along with her beautiful daughter, are delightful! The room had a glorious view of the sea from the private balcony. There were outlets beside the bed, and a wardrobe for cloths. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There was coffee and toasts/jam in the room. Private bathroom. There was plenty of free parking in front and back of the property. There’s no way you can’t find a spot.

Set on an elevated position, just a few metres away from the beach of Pili, Xenia Residence offers spacious, modernly decorated studios and apartments with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. we had a wonderful time. the location is great if you want to get away and relax. breath taking view. the villa was very nice and comfortable for us all. breakfast and food were very good.

It's my second time staying in Lykomides and I'd happily go back. It's ideally located (you literally roll off the ferry and it's there) spotless accommodation, excellent value for money and a great owner (Soula is a mine of information about the area). And there's a fabulous cafe bar right next door to sit and while away the day and plenty of other places nearby to eat or have a drink. Not to forget that Kalamitsa beach is a 10-minute walk away. What's not to like?
