It was the highlight to have breakfast here and hear him sing and tell you all about his stories. We loved our time here.

We were there 2 nights, and explored the region for another 5 days. They offer dinner and breakfast (we’ve had dinner and the food is homemade and delicious) They offered to come get us in Alvani and we felt very safe during the drive. I would recommend this place to anyone!

He did everything possible to make our stay a wonderful experience, including preparing a fabulous Georgian meal one night. The other night, he drove us to the restaurant. We stayed only one night but we had a really great time. We arrived late in the evening because of some car problems but the host lady, Maya, welcomed us with a great improvised dinner that really surprised us ("Oh I've just a couple of things" and then she flooded the table with food, we were almost crying by joy as the day had been pretty hard and we were knackered). That's when we actually experienced the legendary Georgian hospitality! The house is very nice, old but in good conditions, the room and the bathroom were OK and it's in the old town at a walking distance from the major attractions in Telavi. Lovely place, we would have loved to stay longer but our trip schedule was already set... Recommended!
