It’s a beautiful two-floor place, recently renovated, warm, and very welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable with ultra-soft mattresses and toppers that made our sleep perfect. The kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped, ideal for making breakfast and meals. We also loved the board games provided, a really nice touch. The internet is lightning fast (80 Gbps!) and worked flawlessly even with more than 10 devices connected, plus there’s a smart TV for relaxing in the evening. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the whole apartment feels brand new. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it — excellent quality, outstanding comfort, and great value for money.

The unit was spacious and having two bathrooms was great!

The compact rooms at the West Port feature shower rooms with hairdryers. Rooms also include can tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel staff were very kind. They greeted us with a smile and shared the necessary information with us. The room was comfortable. We really liked the overall ambiance of the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar downstairs, and the food and drinks were quite good. Rather than staying in luxurious, detached, and impersonal hotels, it's satisfying to be somewhere you can feel comfortable, where the staff makes you feel at ease. Breakfast was included and was very good. Thanks so much for everything!
