This place is astonishly good! Really cute rooms, beautifully decorated - with a bohemian, creative vibe! The lovely hosts showed us around their property and explained that we had use of lots of communal living spaces too. Breakfast was incredible... lots of delicious home made stuff (breads, waffles, jams, yoghurts, etc). The photos don't do this place justice!

I can’t rave enough about our experience at this property. Dawn and Chris’s attention to detail was incredible - from the thoughtful and thorough check in to the beautiful breakfast basket delivered to our room. The room itself was very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The yard and grounds really made this stay above and beyond - the alpacas are so cute and there’s plenty of lovely places to walk. Highly recommend as a stop after a long drive, or even as a destination in and of itself!

Viviane was an excellent host. The place was spotlessly clean and everything provided for an excellent stay It was lovely sharing time at breakfast (which was excellent), with another couple. We would definitely return.

This property was a real gem of a find. Beautifully appointed rooms with excellent linens and very comfortable beds. The property has been renovated with an excellent mixture of old and modern and tastefully decorated throughout. Inside the property lies beautiful gardens creating a welcoming oasis within the town.

It´s in perfect conditions. The rooms are wide and very welcoming. Very nice place to stay at if you are lookig for an accomodation with personality. The owners of the house are very nice and charming. Delightful breakfast - complete home made (home made jam, omlette, yogurt). It it happes to go back to Niort, I will certainly chose this accomodation again. Very pleasant stay!
