Owner was very flexible when i enquired on arriving early and about staying longer. The sauna was out-of-this-world gorgeous. It had a private cooling-off pool adjacent, chairs for resting, shower for shampooing and a soothing view. The room was airy, clean and fresh. There were other guests staying, and with so much room, we still felt like we had the place to ourselves. The owners arranged for an early breakfast when we needed it, so fresh coffee, and fresh fruit/berries/meat awaited us in the morning. Paivi even supplied fresh baked chicken for our little dog. We have stayed at many BB style accommodations in Finland, this one was elegant and thoughtfully designed.

We loved our stay here. The room was warm and cozy. There is a small living area for the rooms to use which is very cosy and relaxing. There is a boiler available for guests to use (with tea and coffee) in the living room, which was nice! The accommodation is located very conviently walking distance to everything in Akaslompolo (restaurants, lake, supermarket, nature trails) and I loved coming back every evening to the cosy space. We had a car and had free parking behind the house. The kitchen is not available for guests to cook meals, but they lent us cutlery and cups for us to occasionally make some instant soup/noodles for dinner. Breakfast was served very nicely and shared with the other guests. They were also accommodating for vegan diets with cheese, cold cut and milk alternatives. They offer a lot of activities as well for anyone who would like to partake.

Kukkolaforsen Turist & Konferens mempunyai kawasan pantai peribadi, teres, restoran dan bar di Kukkola. Nice modern rooms and spacious bathroom. In this building there’s always two rooms sharing one hallway which was convenient for us as a family of four. This also comes handy during winter where you can leave wet and snowy clothes. There is even a dryer facility at the entrance. Good children’s playground. The smoked fish (sik) is excellent.

Luxurious and Authentic Experience Staying at Levi Foxfires was the best! Paul, Aggie and Gooseberry are amazing hosts, they created a little paradise corner in Levi. The room overlooked the forest where it was possibile to see birds and squirrels running around. The whole area was very peaceful. The hotel is 10 minutes drive from Sirkka centre where it's possible to find all kind of activities. Breakfast itself is worth the stay, Paul's french toasts is a must! We felt very well looked after and the whole experience was extremely relaxing and enjoyable! Bonus points We were also able to enjoy a magnificent Nortern Light just outside our room, as there is no light pollution in the area!
