The Pension Johanna was small and quaint right opposite the river. The room was a good size with a little balcony. It was clean, and had a fan (which was needed in the hot weather!). The host was lovely and the continental breakfast was a good start to the day. 😊

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, Waldhaus Lahnstein offers a sunny beer garden, a children's playground and a barbecue area. A spacious room, good beds, excellent breakfast. Enough free parking. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The location is quite in the nature.

The location is great, balcony was facing the river, great for watching the boats passing by. Very quiet since the railway is on the other side of the house. The host was very kind and helpful. Grocery store 5 mins walk away. The apartments are newly renovated and in a very good state. There is a shared kitchen that is well equipped, and the host had a great choice of supplies. Safe on site parking. Nice waterside walk through the Rose gardens.
