Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Great breakfast. Beatriz is awesome!!!!, she makes you feel at home. This is the best place we stayed in our 3 weeks trip. We will recommend it and hopefully we will be back soon.

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Really nice hosts, great house!

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

This is by far the best hostel I ever stayed in, worldwide. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The dorm beds are extremely comfortable. You get a towel, earplugs and a candy. Showers are excellent. At some night the host invited everyone spontaneously for a pizza and beer night. Best vibe ever

Our stay in this wonderful place was great. We loved the decor so much - made us feel cozy and warm. It's really impressive how much character they've managed to pack into this house, with several nice common areas that allow you to relax and get some light even when it rains. Breakfast was very nice, too. The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)
