The hostal is very centrally located in the town area, but is very quiet within its own substantial garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommended !

La Perouse is separate in two wings, meters away from each ofther. The oceanside property is fitted with five suites and two bungalows in total, each one with private bathroom facilities and private entrance. Some of them have ocean view and private terrace. Rooms at Hotel Boutique La Perouse are set up as double rooms but may be changed to become triple rooms upon request. I loved everything about my stay at Hotel La Perouse! The service was impeccable and Paula was friendly, caring, and super helpful with anything I could have possibly needed. The hotel itself is close to everything (although I guess most things are close together :)) but it was truly the best spot to explore Hanga Roa and the greater Rapa Nui. As a solo female traveler I wanted to find a spot that felt safe and comfortable - hotel La Perouse is the perfect place for that!

Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms in Hostal Vaihere feature private and shared bathrooms. This hostel is situated in a wonderful location, just a 13-minute walk from the airport. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a brief overview of the property. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a bathroom that had plenty of hot water. The living room and kitchen were great additions as well. What truly stood out during my stay was the kindness of the gentleman who managed the property.

Set in a charming cabins made of local materials on the slopes of Rano Kau Volcano, Cabanas Christophe offers rooms and self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in Easter Island. Hanga Roa city centre is a 5-minute drive away. The cabin is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need and view of the Volcano, ocean and stargazing right from the veranda. Cabanas Cristophe was one of the best we had in Chile and Cristophe is an awesome guy!

This guest house features free private parking and free shuttle service. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. The hostess and employee were so very kind and helpful. We were welcomed at the airport and hostel in style. We received a lot of useful information about the Island and its people. The breakfast was extensive and tasteful and the best we received compared to other regions in Chile. When we had to leave early the hostess made us a breakfast we could take with us. The location was a 20-30 minute walk from the city centre and situated near a single Moai. It was beautiful and for us ideal. It could have been a bit cleaner for my taste (I’m quite a nag with hygiene), but everything else was so great, that it didn’t detract from our stay. We had such a nice time and will definitely stay here again if we return to the Island.

At the bed and breakfast, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The location was perfect just a short walk to the town, Hosts were helpful and polite and spoke excellent English, Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

Located in Hanga Roa, near Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum and Tahai, Hostal Harepakoba is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and terrace. This guest house provides free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Yolanda is super nice and friendly. The location is a bit distance from center, but for walking is only about 15-20mins. Breakfast is simple but very good too! Room is spacious and clean! And remember to bring enough cash for the payment, extra 5% with card but it’s okay!

Te Ra a Travel Suit Matrimonial, a property with a garden, is set in Hanga Roa, 17 km from Ahu Tongariki, 3.4 km from Vinapu, as well as 4.1 km from Tahai. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Puna Pau is 4.3 km away and Hanga Roa Anthropological Museum is 4.6 km from the guest house. Great value for money. It’s a bit far from town, this is the only negative thing but this house is way cheaper than others so even I take a taxi to go to the town, is’s still reasonable. The best thing is hosts, I’ve never experienced such a high level of kinndness from hosts.
