The hotel is situated in a great location with good amenities and excellent value, on a walking distance from everything. Really nice and spotlessly clean. There's a kitchenette available for the hotel guests, which is very helpful to those who want to have breakfast and other meals in, complete with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, and breakfast items. The room was very comfortable and large. The only caveaut - the view from the room was nothing special. The host has simply been amazing and extremely available!!! I surely would recommend this hotel :D

Wiener Gäste Zimmer is located in Vienna’s 10th district, in the building of a traditional Viennese vinegar and beer brewery and oil press. It's a unique and comfortable place to stay - very different than an average hotel. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the space because they obviously thought about the details of the design. The hosts are also friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable in a single room. The mattress was firm and and I slept well each night. There was air conditioning, but I didn't need it. The bathroom is definitely different and probably isn't for everyone. But once I read the instructions and experimented with the water temperature, it worked perfectly for me. The breakfasts were a highlight for me. I decided to skip the morning sessions of a conference so I could relax and enjoy each morning I was there. The food was delicious - fresh eggs from the chickens on the premises, a selection of yummy cheeses, fresh homemade bread, fresh fruit, homemade granola, fresh grape juices, freshly brewed coffee, etc. I wish I'd had time to enjoy the outdoor terrace and other amenities. I hope to return again.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Everything was great! Very nice place.

Beautiful building on the outside and inside. Very good location with metro and tram being super close. Also it is 2 min walk from a street full of stores and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and kind when communicating. There is a common space where you have coffee/tea or use the fridge.
