A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.

The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

The Forgotten Kingdom mempunyai taman, teres, restoran dan bar di Lchashen. Tempat penginapan ini mempunyai khidmat bilik dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
