This accommodation can not be bettered. Beautiful house close to sandy beach and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean with large luxurious bedroom and owner who provides a very personal hosting. Particularly liked the large balcony area with great sea views. Also available were comfortable lounges. Water was available in room fridge and water dispenser. Free secure parking. Fast WIFI. Completely recommend this booking.

Absolutely Superb! Everthing about this place is execeptional. The view, location,hosts and surroundings. Unfortunatly we only got to stay for 1 night, but will definetly be booking a longer stay in the near future.

We visited Cape Τown for Xmas and New Year and this was the exact perfect place we were looking for; a boutique establishment next to the sea with very friendly and accommodating host and staff that made us feel very welcomed, even during the time we organized our trip. Every corner in the shared facilities and the room is taken care of with great taste, peaceful and cozy with a positive vibe, and spotless clean! Our triplex room had direct access to the garden with the pool, that our seven year old son with his cousin loved and, ourselves relaxed on the sunbeds. The pool size is ideal for the young ones, still not for a traveler who is looking to enjoy it over the cold sea waters. Breakfast is of great variety for all tastes with warm dishes, and the staff taking good care of us. Overall, a stay that exceeded our expectations!

I stayed at Sea Breeze for 8 nights in April. There is very little I would complain about as I really enjoyed my stay there. Firstly Irene is a lovely host, check in was easy as clear instructions were sent via WhatsApp. She also provided me with recommendations for the local restaurants and was responsive to any queries I had. The room itself is more akin to a small apartment and was much nicer then I had expected it to be. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also equipped with some basic appliances such as a coffee machine , airfryer and iron which I found useful. My room was cleaned during my stay and a clothes washing service was offered for 100 rand which was great value. Location wise, it is a very safe and quiet area, about a 40 second walk from the beachfront and I enjoyed walking along it each morning when getting breakfast and coffee. A selection of restaurants are within a further 3-5 minute walk. If I return to Melkbosstrand in the future I would be more then happy to stay again.

    I just have coffee, toast and fresh fruit for breakfast so can't comment on the cereals and cooked breakfast. Sharon exceeded my expectations. She provided a nice variety and more than ample selection of fresh fruit for me. Nice location - quiet, secure and minutes from shopping centre, restaurants and beach front. Load shedding not noticed - well catered for and good WiFi.
