The room was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need and a very comfy bed! Coffee machine and supplies as well as toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely added touch. The location was great for me, the instructions for getting there, parking, using the key and the door were all super helpful and having a private entrance was lovely!

Localisation is great, close to David metro station, lot restaurants around. Victorian style architecture, gas chimney gave more that enough hit, nice personal, free coffee available all time. Nice stuff. Good price.

What a fabulous place! A real home from home. Never stayed anywhere like this before. A fully equipped kitchen that you can use to prepare your own meals. Wonderful comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxing. A great balcony with outdoor space overlooking a park. A lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful location near to bars and restaurants in the Brookline area of Boston near to excellent public transport routes. Amazing helpful friendly staff. Absolutely loved this place. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Boston. Just can't rate this place highly enough.

Irving House at Harvard is a welcoming, quaint and cosy place to stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms (including the shared bathrooms) are immaculately clean. The location was perfect for us, as it was in an easy walking distance to Harvard University and the Charles River. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I love the green frog ornament in the front sitting room and the beautiful flowers in the flowerbed outside the front entrance. The complimentary coffee and biscuits available throughout the day in the front hallway, was appreciated, especially when returning from a busy day out. We also appreciated the small complimentary gifts at the front desk. I highly recommend this lovely bed and breakfast and would definitely stay here again.
