Everything from the cosiness, to the privacy, the local, the quietness, the kindness of all the hosts and guests. If you're needing a place to stay near Groningen, specially after a flight, just take a bus 9 till Eskampenweg and it'll be on the dirt road, just slightly to the right of the stop, all the way at the end.     The Location of the property is very nice being only a short drive away from Groningen and it's located in a very quiet residential area. The house and the garden are very well kept and appealing to look at from the outside. The breakfast was very nicely made just for the two of us with a fair selection of things to choose from and it was served in the main living room of the house to make it more comfortable.
