The owner was very nice to me. He offered me free drining water and arranged it himself. Two times I got lost, I couldn't find my way to the guest house, since it's a bit further inside from the main road. He was very kind to come and pick me with his motorcycle. The room and toilet was newly built and clean. AC was working perfectly fine, although during night I didn't need it. The bed was comfortable and huge. He also provided me with cutleries when I needed. There's public transport available to Pollonaruwa 10 minutes walking distance from the place. Getting a Tuktuk might be a bit challenging.

New cabana with a great view on the Lion Rock from the balcony. The cabana was clean, well equipped with kettle, fridge and comfortable beds. Very friendly host. Nice western and Sri Lankan breakfast. There was enough parking space for our tuktuk.

Best accomodation in Sigiriya!!! Cheap like a hostel, but private and clean, and at walking distance from anything you need. Owner and his family are amazing and cook an amazing big breakfast. Definitely recommend!

My recent stay at Sigiri Enaya Cottage was simply delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely sisters and their adorable kids. They treated us to a refreshing fresh juice made from fruits right from their garden, which was such a thoughtful touch. The cottage itself was super clean and comfortable, providing a perfect space to relax. We had a great night's sleep, and the breakfast served was absolutely delicious! There are several restaurants, with just a short 10-minute walk away. We had the pleasure of dining at the brother’s restaurant, “Downtown,” where the food was fantastic and service was exceptional. The kindness and hospitality of the family truly made our experience unforgettable. I wish them all the success with their new business—they have so much to be proud of! If you're looking for a charming place to stay, I highly recommend Sigiri Enaya Cottage. You won’t be disappointed!

The host Kalahara is kind and helpful and treats guests as his family.Nothing is too much for him. PROPERTY: Lovely homestay surrounded by trees and lovely garden.The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and airy. All the facilities like hot water, airconditioning, water pressure etc was perfect. BREAKFAST:Our breakfast was included and it was the best we had in Srilanka.Its varied everyday and its plentiful and very tasty.(SEE PHOTOS) We had 2 dinners cooked by his wife and they were delicious and generous portions. TOURS: Host Kalhara will organize tours at reasonable rate and his driver is a very nice person. we did a tour and driver was very patient and took us around paddy fields.
