Beautiful, modern large rooms. I had a pool view. Staff both friendly and efficient. Mr Cuong deserves special mention as a highly attentive manager. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very central. Two international pubs and loads of restaurants close by. The FREE bikes are a great idea.Overall, I had a lovely stay in great comfort.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! The room was perfect, it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves. The shower was fantastic and can be turned to very hot if needed. The comfortable bed and new air conditioning unit gave us the best sleep here. Our host Suni, went above and beyond to look after us and helped us book all our activities and transport at a great price. All the staff were very friendly, the laundry service was done over night at a great price and the breakfast was excellent!! Best banana pancakes we’ve had. It’s also a great location being very easy to walk everywhere from here, at the end of the road is the Main Street where the night market is about a 5 min walk.

The airport shuttle service was timely and affordable, making my late-night arrival stress-free. Checking in felt personalized- no waiting, no paperwork fuss. My corner room had extra windows, flooding it with morning light. Departure was just as smooth with private check-out. Throughout, staff were proactive: restocking towels, and suggesting new dining spots. This level of attentiveness turned a simple stay into a standout travel memory.
