The rooms were spotless and the perfect size for our family of 5. Never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast but this was quite special. Barbara was an amazing host and so very helpful. Also was a 5 minute walk to the metro giving us easy access to downtown Rome.

The apartment is freshly renovated, super clean, and has all the essential toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, especially the myrtille muffins🤩! MariaAlba and Danieli were the best hosts! So flexible, attentive, and incredibly friendly. It really felt like staying with family. Plus, the location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Termini station. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything had a warm, family-like atmosphere. The house and the outdoor area were exceptional—beautifully maintained and truly top-notch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport.     The owner was very kind, she welcomed us upon arrival and made us homemade Italian coffee. The accommodation is very clean and nice. It was moved from the city center in a quiet neighborhood, which gives you the opportunity to have a nice rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is well connected by metro line C to the city center. All recommendations.

    Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).

    The location was choosen because of the neighboring Tor Vergata university, which is located 5 stations away from Torre Gaia station. The location is indeed idyllic and safe, close to a single cafe-restaurant and a commercial area with a supermarket, a pet-shop and a pret-a-porter shop, with logical prices. The hotel is quiet and in a residential area close to Torre Gaia Station (metro and bus).
