The property was clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable. The balcony had a fabulous view of the valley. It was quiet and peaceful. The village centre was only a few minutes walk.

I slept in this guesthouse for four nights, during the Merano Wine Festival. The guesthouse has four spacious rooms, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is at 10 minute leisurely walk from the place where the wine festival is hosted. There is a covered parking 300 meters away. Jacqueline was a very attentive and kind host.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Merano, Steinach Townhouse Meran is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

An amazing place! 💓 Stylish and cozy! From the very moment we stepped through the door, we felt like we were visiting dear friends – that’s how much care and attention we were surrounded by! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from the main cathedral, yet the street it’s on is incredibly quiet, ensuring you a peaceful night’s sleep. Speaking of sleep, I need those pillows and blankets at home, please! 🤞🏻🙈 And absolutely, I mean absolutely, you must try Barbara’s pancakes for breakfast! I insist! 😆

Very quiet facility, easy access, very friendly host and very helpfull. (We had a meal with us and were invited to use the breakfast room). She offered us coffee or thee as welcome. Breakfast was very good as well, with plenty of choices.

Their dog Jerry was the highlight of our trip! Such a sweet dog. Loredana and her mother were such lovely hosts. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. As a perk, the house constantly smelled like homemade cookies as they made fresh baked goods daily. Super delicious!

The stay in Gasthof Jaufensteg was amazing. Great 2day relax on our way from Tuscany to home. The apartment was big enough and comfy, super clean. The owner waited for us even though later evening checkin and prepared for us nice dinner. He was always ready to help us. As a plus, you get tourist card, which you can use for many activities around for free or lower price. The waterfalls just below the Gasthaus is a big plus. The restaurant is very good and food tasty, staff always smiling. Definitely recommend to stay there. We will come again.
