The room at first appeared a bit small, but with possibility to push our suitcases under the large bed it was ok. The arrangement of the appartment was very friendly, many personal aspects, very clean, bathroom large enough. The owner was extremely friendly, I regret I did not make a photo with him, his smile and great politness during welcoming us was just extraordinary. The owner told us where we can find a free parking lot, what is of great importance in Pienza, we have found a free water supply station just by th eparking, the water was nice cool and you could get also the "frizante" version well saturated. In a warm day we loved it!!!!!

My wife and I stayed in Montepulciano for one night during our honeymoon in Tuscany, and it was a fantastic experience. The town itself is full of charm, and this accommodation made our stay even more special. It is conveniently located just a short 8-minute walk from the free parking lot (P7). The room was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent heating—perfect for a cozy stay. What impressed us the most was the thoughtful touch of preparing fresh flowers in my wife’s favorite color, which made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montepulciano!

    Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and absolutely amazing hosts. Truly the most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the place was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent breakfast. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were so pleased with our stay. We wish our visit was longer.
