This is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cagliari but not wanting to stay in heart of city. Host, staff and overall accomodation is exceptional. Choice of cutlery and overall selection of materials is artistic & top notch. No doubt, a lot of love has gone into building this place. I highly recommend Habitart without any hesitation! This would be a perfect 10 / 10 but.. 1. Mattress could be better. It's of very poor quality. Spring Hurts and i personally couldn't sleep much. 2. Maybe a few hooks and shelves in bathroom for towels / soap etc. I can see this place growing in popularity over time. It is not in a touristy location, so we stumbled upon a local Trattoria / Pizzeria nearby. Thats when you experience the beautiful feeling of eating local, paying local prices and receiving amazing Sardinian hospitality packaged all in one! Thank you Habitart.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast with a variety of products. Nice host. Spacious parking. Finding the place was easy. 20 mins drive from main beach. 15 mins drive from the city center. We were fully satisfied.

Amazing property in the center of Cagliari. I booked last minute but everything was smooth : from check in till check out. The room had a special romantic charm, with a nice green plant - which made it cozier. Big hit the breakfast served in the room. Spacious , elegant bathroom. Just recommended!

Carlo and his team were very professional: easily reachable, always willing to help, daily cleaning of the room and a really satisfying, beautiful and perfectly clean interior. We also enjoyed the pizzette and ice-cream vendors just downstairs, as the apartment is greatly located close to the historical city center. We highly recommend!
