The hostess is an extremely friendly and helpful man. The apartment is very clean, everything is new, there are all the necessary amenities in the kitchen, a coffee machine with capsules too. There is a large terrace with incredible views in all directions. I fell in love with this terrace. I would definitely repeat it again.

The location is wonderful if you are looking to see Rome but don't want to stay in the city centre. My partner and I do not drive and did not struggle at all to get form A to B as the public transport is wonderful and very cheap! The host was very helpful with this too.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything had a warm, family-like atmosphere. The house and the outdoor area were exceptional—beautifully maintained and truly top-notch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport. I would very much like to recommend this apartment, Monica in Marco is always very kind, helping and making herself available for any questions. It was an excellent stay in this place, everything was very clean and organized. Well located very close to the metro in Rome. A 10-minute walk and we were at the Anagnina metro station. Everything very clean and organized, towels changed every day, excellent stay, I recommend everyone to stay there. The iphone charging cable broke, Marco quickly lent me his. Wifi works great. I was very happy to stay at this location.

The B&B was stunning and can't fault it in anyway , Valentina was so helpful and a lovely lady as well. Her communication with us was fantastic and couldn't ask for more. Would happily stay at Carpe Diem again without hesitation and would recommend it to family and friends. The apartment is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Thank you Valentina xx
