Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a historic building in the heart of the city. Helpful and caring hosts. Free street parking right outside the door, and there were plenty of parking spaces in the evening (middle of the day parking may be busy because many people came to the city center, but there are also parking spaces on the side street). Quiet spacious room with everything you need, perfect cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast exceeded all expectations - freshly squeezed juice, scrambled eggs on request, and delicious homemade pies. The perfect place to stay for a few days. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the city.

Salvatore è simpaticissimo! everything was super clean and well maintained. good shower. beds were firm but comfortable. good breakfast with some store bought items and some fresh ones - a special shout out to the amazing grapes produced by Salvatore’s friend in Puglia, and the cornetti.

Fantastically beautiful house in beautiful countryside. The kids enjoyed the pool and the awesome breakfast. Convenient to explore mantua, Modena and surroundings. Sandra is a very nice person and very helpfull. We could communicate in English as I can not speak italian. The hospitality was great, the self-service breakfast in the room is an excellent way of doing it. I could put my e-bike in their garage, thank you for everything.

Very pleasant and clean environment, tasty and sufficient breakfast, helpful staff for whom nothing was a problem and they helped us with everything, especially arranging a tire repair. The owners were very friendly and we felt like at home. I recommend this hotel.
