The property was exceptionally well organized and perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor and surrounded by everything you could need, like bars, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished, and featured a lovely balcony with a charming garden view. It was also equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, hairdryer, slippers, and more. Aurelia, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist us with our luggage from and to the port and anything else we needed. We were treated to a complimentary welcome breakfast at a nearby restaurant, two bottle of wine upon arrival, and capsules of nespresso coffee and water provided each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

The room was exceptional, the balcony was great but the breakfast was superb! Almost every baked good was homemade (including a fig jam). We were given an upgrade when we arrived which was much appreciated. The reception was super friendly. We e could not fault our stay at Mimoza.

Perfect location - easy walk from the ferry terminal. Plenty of cafes and tavernas nearby. Supermarket across the street. Best of all was the proximity to the clean, safe, family friendly beach....hours in the water and lazing on the free sun beds (first come, first served). Thanks Manda for preparing and cleaning the room - love your work!

Everything - the hosts were very nice, helpful and very friendly, breakfast very nice, the location - close to the centre but quiet and close to the beach.

The bed was AMAZING! My husband and I both commented on how comfortable it was. The room was lovely and clean. They had all the basics and necessities you needed - but they were all excellent and very good quality.

Host lead me by phone to the property. Very close to port. I was accomodated early.

In a central area of Spetses, Villa Orizontes features garden views from the terrace. With sea views, this accommodation provides a patio. The guest house has family rooms.

This lovely little appartment up above the town was so quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. Simple and Greek. Comfy bed. Tassos was very helpful and collected us from the port. It is easy to walk downhill into the town. We hired a bike to access the further afield beaches although you can go by bus.
