We stayed at Moorlands for a couple of days over new year's eve and it is an understatement to say that the quality of our stay went far beyond our expectations. The house itself is perfectly clean and authentic, amazingly decorated for a charming vibe. But this was nothing compared to how welcoming our hosts were. They went above and beyond to make us discover the region and made us feel home. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you both of you for such an amazing experience.

Our favourite stay in Scotland! The guesthouse is in a very scenic and calm area. The room was comfy, stylish, and very clean. Loved the back patio with a quiet, peaceful view. Breakfast was tasty and well organised with orders taken the night before. The host was super friendly and welcoming, even accommodating our late check-in.

We had a most enjoyable stay and our hosts, Peter and Mirja were friendly and attentive. Our room was beautifully decorated, the linen was crisp and fresh and the bed really comfortable. The en-suite was stylish and the shower was very good. The Scottish cooked breakfast was delicious and I ate it before I remembered that I should have taken a photo! First class accommodation and welcome.
