Really great place to stay. Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom and excellent breakfast. Debbie made us feel welcome and we appreciated the extra touches such as cake on arrival, whisky nightcap and bath robes provided. Good location for visiting the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, Stirling or Edinburgh. Also good central location if you need to have a break when travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

Great place for someone who wants to stay at peace, aside from the crowds. The host was incredibly caring and willing to help. Wonderful breakfast, i.e. everyone was asked what he/she would like to have and it was done. Large bathroom.

Very friendly staff, good big room, good bed, clean. Fantastic food, had lam chop and fish for dinner which were really good and full Scottish and egg benedict for breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
