Everything very clean we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location was perfect very pleasant river walk into town and local attractions free parking an added bonus. Location was great, bus stop on the street and also an easy walk to the town, the property had ample parking off the street and was in a very quiet part of Colchester. The accommodation was a self contained room at the back of the house, very cozy. We were given keys to the room and front door to come and go, the breakfast room was in main house and the host put on a super breakfast!

Beautiful location. Very easy to find. The Lodge is a perfect little hideaway. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.
