The rooms are new. specious and very clean, there were many guests in the lovely garden, and the staff was friendly. We arrived late and although the restaurant was full, they managed to find a table for us, and the food was good and generous.

Everything! This is your quintessential pub stay in the garden of England. The quaintest little village. The pub is amazing, the food was incredible, we had dinner and breakfast. The people were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are modern and decor lovely and the Chocolate Port in your room is a special touch. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the Duke William and we will be back.

Amazing location. The rooms are quaint, modern yet authentic and beautifully clean. The staff were very hospitable (Tya) and the room had everything. Free water and biscuits for your tea! Tya also dropped the iron and board to the room which was very kind! Pub was excellent too!

Nice and comfortable place to stay with good parking for car. The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful host. Would return in a jiffy !
