A small but incredibly cozy apartment! I didn't expect that in such a small space. Everything was so meticulously thought out. For example, there was a convenient shelf in the shower big enough for all my cosmetics. There's a TV, a kettle, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan - everything is in excellent condition. The bed linen is pleasant and made of natural cotton. There were a sufficient number of outlets and adapters for them (in Cyprus, sockets are of the British format). There are many different lighting fixtures for convenience. Even the clothes dryer is more convenient than at home! 😄 No problems with hot water or the internet connection. Just perfect! Communication with the hostess Daphne was easy and pleasant. An early check-in was quickly arranged for us, and everything was ready for our arrival. Daphne clearly cares about the accommodation and has organized everything perfectly for the guests' convenience. The apartment itself is very beautiful, decorated stylishly and with love. It's so cozy that you can't even tell it's a rental - the comfort is maximum! The apartment is located close to the city center, and I visited all the main sights of the city on foot. Grocery stores are also within walking distance, and Wolt delivery also arrived without problems. I left the car in the parking lot next to the house, free of charge and without any issues. Everything was perfect! On my next visit to Nicosia, I will definitely stay here.

The place was quite good, clean and cheap. Also the owner was very friendly. She recommended us two places for dinner and breakfast. Moreover, she had a private parking place for our car and made a caffe for us. We can highly recommend this place.

'Unique' is certainly the word! Particularly in terms of location in the heart of old Nicosia, right up against the buffer zone. The best accommodation one can imagine in the middle of a small village, surrounded with narrow streets and ancient buildings. When you enter a whole new world opens to you - it just like stepping into another century - yet nicely and newly decorated and having facilities of today. Like ventilators, for example. First I was doubtful - how would the survival be without the air conditioning. But surprisingly - the shady inner yard, the old stone walls and the floor are enough to keep the temperature down to an acceptable level. ( It was +38 in the end of September), We really loved everything there. Most of all the kind and helpful hosts Sara and Tassos who were of great help explaining details about the neighbourhood, showing the roads to places that we were interested in. They live right next to the guest house so if it is necessary to meet them, it is done in 5 minutes time, besides questions can be asked uising whatsapp and the answers are there almost immediately. Breakfasts (included in the price) are served in the inner yard and almost all the food is home made - cheese, jams, bread. It is a pity that we only had 1 dinner made by our hosts. It is served for extra cost but it sure is much much tastier than anything we had anywhere else during our week in Cyprus. Another nice thing - we were allowed a very early check in.
