Very easy check in with code provided. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value and great location close to nice cafes and the beach.

Great location in old town, Larnaca. Handy for shops bars restaurants & beach. Beautiful characterful property that felt very cosy & traditional. Large room with stone floors, high ceilings, big comfy bed & spacious bathroom. Great shower! All the comments about road works in Larnaca - there's no escaping this in the old town at the moment! There is a huge renovation project underway, which is going to look great when completed. Having said that, we had no problems with noise on our stay at Edem.

It was a relaxed stay, perfect for rewinding and recharging. It was great to connect with Helena, who made sure I was comfortable and happy, and whom had many interesting stories to share!

George, the host, is really nice. He met us at the studio, recommended us places to visit. The place is equipped with everything you need from kitchen amenities to bathroom ones. It is close to city center, beach and airport. 10 minutes away from the airport. Will choose this place again for Larnaka travels.

Good location, 5-7 minutes walking distance from main Larnaca beach. Great owner, checked us in earlier than expected and was always in touch in case something was needed.

Such a cozy place with good vibe and nice people. It's in the center, but still quiet and calm. We loved to stay here.
