We had such a lovely stay, this place is absolutely magical. Such a special place on the edge of this beautiful little village and the walk through the river, up the stream and into the jungle made it even more magical. A beautiful cabin, (the photos do not do it justice) and a shower under the stars. Valentina, the host, is so kind and welcoming, she made us feel so at home. Could not recommend this place more if you want simple living off the beaten track. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The majority of the staff were so lovely and I got on with them so well. Apart from one guy who was a right grumpy aul git and only said “243,000cop” which was how much I owed for the stay. This was after explaining that I would get cash as soon as possible from the western union. (There is no ATM in the town).

Beautiful location, super clean, owner were very nice, almost felt like a homestay with a family. You can hear the sea at night :-) If you want, they will prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner for you.

This Cabana is about three minutes by tuc tuc from Nuqui airport. It is five minutes walk to the small town of Nuqui. It is very near to the beach. A wooden house that belongs to Edwin. He is a great host who took time to make our stay a good experience. We reserved a tripl room for more space but double rooms also a good size. The beds are comfortable as are the pillows. Clean towels and sheets. Nora who made our breakfast is a lovely person. Traditional scrambled eggs with onion, tomato and green beans with arepa. She’s a good cook.
