The welcome from the staff was perfect. Everything was clearly explained. The room was adorable! I loved sitting out on the balcony and admiring the beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious! Lovely staff, perfect place to stay.

I just needed a place to stay the night so that I could go to a Stobete in Appenzell. I did not know what time I would arrive and I knew that I would have to leave early, so the arrangement of a pass code and a key in a box was just perfect.

Matjaz was super nice, we felt welcome right away. We were upgraded to the Adler suite which was a bigger room with a nice large shower, vintage furniture and super comfy bed. At breakfast we were well looked after as well. We came with our dog without issue, they even said we could have him with us at breakfast.
