Wonderful staff and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, east and west food with egg station. Top quality produce. The roof top bar was lovely. We enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea. We also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour. The staff helped with bags, taxis etc. The room had a view of the beach. We had a gorgeous bathroom, big living and bedroom area with a big TV. The sliding doors could be opened for fresh air. I also booked a masage, very good, and clean, peaceful spa inhouse. It was quiet, yet very close to the action and mini mart. A swim would have been great but the weather was a bit rainy. Checked out the gym, well equiped.

The hotel room is so spacious and spotless. Very near the dragon bridge and so many things to do and restaurants just walking distance to the hotel. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Thank you Hanniee for answering all my questions. I also recommend to book the Ba na Hills tour to them. The price are the same as klook and tour was well organize. Thank you 🙏🏼

The property downstairs at the breakfast and coffee area as well as the studio was wonderful. Very lush bringing the outdoors in with lots of plants and pretty Christmas decor. Next door was a supermarket (overpriced) but practical. The room was great for two rainy days we had, it had a little kitchen, tv had Netflix, bed was very comfortable, ac worked well. The shower was fantastic with hot water that did not run out and it was very spacious. The studio had a total of 4 windows which was great. From the rooftop pool by the stairs and railing one could even see the dragon bridge and the head with fire at 9pm. Perfect for our rainy stay! It was too rainy for Ba Na Hills so we just did a few things around the hotel and it was centrally located. Breakfast was plentiful, eggs made to order, quite a bit to choose from. Definitely a nice find!

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Also Ideal balance to the airport. Chris and the entire team were very friendly, professional and accommodating. There was a descent breakfast.

Very informative and helpful staffs. Location is good, minimart, beach…2 mins walk to a famous and good seafood restaurant. My kids enjoyed the pool although its cold.
