The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.

This luxurious oceanfront hotel is 11 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport. Situated on the boardwalk, it features a seasonal rooftop pool and the L’onda Lounge. We like everything about the hotel. The location was right on the boardwalk. The food at the hotel was good, but if u wanted food outside, there was a whole strip with options. It was nice and peaceful too and the staff was excellent.
