We loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. The unit was spacious, clean, and well located. The fresh fruit, eggs, and breakfast bread, pastries, and croissants were wonderful.

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. Sometimes 10 is not enough :) When the location turns out to be the best that can be expected, when the room looks even better in reality than in the pictures, when the breakfast is varied, so delicious and generously served, when the service exceeds all expectations and beyond, and when the service manager - Pedro conduct over all of these, and he does it with sensitivity, a smile and endless patience , you feel that this wonderful place must be rated above the possible 10.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The room and location was excellent. Enjoyed walking around to see the sites. Enjoyed the massive buffet with something for everyone. Definitely one of the highlight stays of our 3 weeks in Portugal

Located within a 4-minute walk from Baixa/Chiado area and its’ metro station, Home Lisbon Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Lisbon. Definitely felt like a home away from home, which explains why it's in the name. The location is very central, with just a few minutes from the water, shopping and restaurants, and great vistas of the city. The property looks, feels, and smells very nice. The staff are very professional and helpful, and organize many activities such as delicious dinners making it easy to meet other guests as well as discover the city. The bar is excellent also.
